Action Education virtual workshop on language learning for newly arrived migrant children (new date)

Focus of the workshop

The virtual exchange will focus on language learning for migrant children, with particular attention to language support before departure and upon arrival in the host country.

The session will explore different approaches to language learning, including whether support should be delivered through inclusive mainstream approaches or through more targeted measures for newly arrived learners.

The exchange will feature presentations and discussion with:
- Ms Sammut Debono, International Learners Directorate, Malta
- Ms Kiia Hakkala, City of Helsinki, Finland
The workshop is open to both members of the Inclusion Partnership and non-members. We encourage you to forward this invitation to any colleagues who may be interested in attending.
